I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The rooms, although not ready on time, were very comfortable with duvet style bedspreads. The service was exceptional, especially Mariya from housekeeping who went out of her way to assist me before I left for my college graduation. The location was convenient with easy access to interstate, shopping, and University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. The dining experience offered a high-end continental breakfast with plenty of seating area, though it was starting to wind down early. Overall, a great option with some minor drawbacks.
